James Kirk Barry II is the founder and CEO of Clarion Compliance. Under his leadership, Clarion Compliance provides the most comprehensive and trusted verification and compliance resources available for governmental agencies and businesses that are engaged in the emerging cannabis economy.
Mr. Barry developed the Clarion Compliance national database and local government-focused consulting model based upon his unique understanding of specific government and industry stakeholder needs. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Mr. Barry served a quarter of a century in law enforcement before founding and operating his own criminal and civil investigations firm. He also brings more than a decade of hands-on management in the legal cannabis industry to Clarion Compliance.
